No-Show:

Rooms will be charged for the first night as per reservation with applicable Service Charge and VAT.

Reservation Procedure:

A complete rooming list to be provided by IABSE-JSCE at least two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date of the group with flight itineraries.
All above rates are non-commissionable even the reservation is made by the nominated Travel Agent of the IABSE-JSCE
Guest will get a 10% discount on food & beverages at Elements and Café Social restaurant.

The above quoted rates are subject to 12.5% Service Charge and 15% VAT.
